Oil Coolers

MineCool hydraulic oil coolers are vacuum-brazed bar and plate assemblies built for the thermal loads of heavy mobile mining equipment – excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, rock trucks and blast-hole drills operating in sustained high-ambient conditions.

Hydraulic oil temperature control is a direct constraint on machine availability. When oil runs hot, viscosity drops, pump and cylinder wear accelerates, seal life shortens, and the machine either derates or comes out of service. A degraded or blocked oil cooler is frequently the root cause, and on large mining assets the replacement lead time from OEM channels can extend well beyond the maintenance window.

Our oil cooler range covers hydraulic, transmission, steering, brake, axle, gearbox and compressor oil cooling duties, in direct-fit configurations for Caterpillar, Liebherr, Komatsu, Hitachi, Sandvik, Drill Tech and other heavy equipment platforms. Each unit is manufactured to fit the original mounting, port and core envelope, so replacement requires no fabrication or hose rework.
